to find out that they want $75-$100 per hour (and more!) to create your web site. Or they list so many different prices for so many different services that it's virtually impossible to keep
track of what the bottom line is. Who has the time!?!At MouseWorks, we believe the web should be available to and affordable for all businesses, whether big or small. After
much research and numerous calculations, we've established an hourly rate that we think is commensurate with the technical expertise and artistic skill necessary to producing a
quality web site, yet very affordable to the average business owner ... $60 per hour. Period.
How can we charge such a low rate? Home office = low overhead ... and we pass the
savings on to our clients. Plus we keep detailed records of all work and present itemized monthly bills generated by QuickBooks. MouseWorks customers always know how OUR time and THEIR money is being spent.
Invoicing & Payment
MouseWorks requires payment for domain name registration ($14.95/year) and/or hosting ($179/year), plus a $150 non-refundable design deposit in
advance to begin web site services for all clients.
We will create a one or two page preview and work with you from that point to
develop the rest of the site. Invoices will be sent as work is completed or at the end of each month according to our regularly monthly billing cycle. To avoid repeat billing
and keep our costs down, payment is due in full within twenty-one (21) days of invoice date, unless previous payment installment arrangements have been authorized.
